Caprea is a partnership set up in October 2007 and commenced trading by arranging secure loans on property / real estate for private clients (individuals, property developers and small businesses) in a broking capacity. 

 

The source of the lending funds was private capital and lending institutions. 

The Team

The partners - John King and Amanda Laurence -  are a highly skilled management team with combined relevant experience of over 45-years across private wealth, technology, entrepreneurship, strategy and finance.
